-Receive market claim information and claim parts from After sales service for checking
-Investigate and make quality problem reports for market claims
-Issue quality countermeasure requests to related suppliers
-Follow up countermeasure implementation for market claims
-Evaluate countermeasures for market claims
-Co-operate with After Sales Service to do actions for vehicles related to market claims
-Co-operate with the factory members for actions related to market claims
-Make reports for closing market claims
-Control GCA activities
-Manage quality problem (Products, Parts supplied by suppliers)
-Other tasks assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu chung
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or relevant major
• At least 3-year experience in the same role.
• Have experience in investigating QA related issues, have a passion in the automotive/motorcycle field
• Communicate in English
• The person who can directly investigate
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Honesty, Carefulness, Compliance
• Proactive, hardworking, highly responsible
