We are looking for potential Intern, Production Planning Specialist (6-month contract) to support our amazing team with room to learn and challenge in one of the most reputed jewelry manufacturing.
Who you are:
Bachelor graduated from accounting, analytic,
statistics major, etc...
Good at database, spreadsheet calculation, advanced in
Microsoft Excel tools
Quick learner, good willingness, high collaboration,
hard-working person
Careful but quick response and data accuracy
Any working experience with data analytics is an advantage
What you will do:
Downloading database from SAP system for loading with
design format
Showing in Excel dashboard for daily reporting
Follow up PO conversion daily and distributing
to shop-floor (warehouse)
Follow up daily production output vs plan at
sub-process level and report the gap- working with production line
leaders
Participating production daily meeting, take notes on gap/ issue from plan to execution for daily report
Other ad-hoc tasks/ requirement upon request
