E-Commerce Business Planning Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Planning Manager is responsible for building and managing E-commerce plan for the whole year and execute it accordingly to achieve sales target.
-Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plan with Retail, Marketplace and D2C platforms.
-Manage, guide, and participate in direct planning and task execution that are aligned with business objectives and Brand/Customer strategies.
-Facilitate execution excellence in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
-Continuously upgrade professional skills and suggest initiatives to develop the categories, brands and stakeholders' relationships with aggressiveness and sustainability.
-Supervise e-commerce plan implementation (promotions, exclusive deals, special offers, live shows ...) in line with local market needs and competitors' benchmarks.
-Analyze business and review constantly current business practices and performance with key customers and internally to optimize future planning and execution.
-Plan and monitor budget, channel/customer P&L which driven sustainability and profitability.
-Cross functional collaboration to drive the business result, proficiency and consumer/customer services.
-Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plan with Retail, Marketplace and D2C platforms.
