Job Overview
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing clients' e-commerce operations across marketplaces, social commerce channels, and e-commerce websites. This role focuses on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, managing
digital marketing activities, and supporting overall business performance through data-driven analysis and execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations & Product Management
Create, manage, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain product catalog quality and enhance customer experience.
Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and conversion rates.
2. Sales Operations & Performance Management
Monitor order fulfillment processes from order placement to delivery.
Coordinate with distributors and relevant stakeholders to resolve order-related and customer service issues.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support business growth initiatives.
Support the development of revenue targets and sales growth plans.
Propose promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
3. Digital Advertising Management
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI and achieve sales objectives.
Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
4. Livestream Operations
Manage and coordinate livestream schedules across marketplaces and social media platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and TikTok.
Work closely with hosts, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth livestream execution.
Monitor livestream performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales results.
5. Affiliate Marketing
Research, identify, and recruit suitable KOLs, KOCs, and affiliate partners.
Execute affiliate marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with partners.
Track campaign performance and optimize affiliate activities to maximize sales and brand exposure.
6. Reporting & Business Analysis
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Present analytical findings and actionable insights to supervisors and clients.
7. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Research new e-commerce channels, tools, and marketing opportunities.
Continuously improve processes and workflows to better support client business objectives.
Requirements
1. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketplace Operations, or a related role.
Experience working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, or Shopify is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.
Understanding of digital advertising platforms and e-commerce operations.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
