Mô tả công việc
1. E-commerce Experience Execution: 70%
• Coordinate to develop & Implement e-commerce /digital application & solution operation plan that can improve digitalized experience
o Align, follow, coordinate with different stakeholders & implement company strategic plans that related to e-commerce website / digital applications.
o Follow Digital demand process to ensure the implementation is executed as planned and well-coordinated.
o Conduct any required system / solution testing, UAT, SIT, ...
o Update the implementation progress, define any risks / barriers that can impact to the plan and propose mitigation.
• Coordinate to manage, monitor and plan to upgrade the digitalized solutions & applications
• Proactive supporting role for E-Commerce initiatives
o Collaborate, support team to conduct research / survey with ABO & Customer to understand their behaviours, insights, pain points & needs.
o Constantly review, identify pain points in current e-commerce website / apps & propose enhancement.
o Support team doing e-commerce strategic planning by discussing & proposing ideas that is aligned with company e-commerce strategic plan and based on user research and best practice learning.
o Implement CM communication to ABOs/customers promoting new e-commerce initiatives or experiences
o Execute the digital / ecommerce solution & application performance analysis and enhancement
2. Content Uploading Management - Amway Now (Content Hub) 30%
o Lead & supervise to ensure effective working process with internal stakeholders for content collecting & uploading as well as ensure good UI/UX, website performance & experience.
o Work with uplines, internal stakeholders to define ideas and plan to enhance Content Hub, maximizing benefits & experience for ABO.
o Work with Tech team for technical enhancement, issue handling, UAT, ...
o Lead & supervise to ensure effective working process with external stakeholders (Tech team, vendor) and internal stakeholders with good UI/UX & website performance to ABO.
o Work with team to conduct research, surveys with ABO to understand their behaviours, insights, pain points & needs.
o Work with team to analyze website performance, user behaviours & provide insights to internal deparments.
o Support team to do Change Management / ABO Communication to drive user penetration, behaviours & achieve KPIs.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, or Software Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Ability to triage, quantify, and prioritize production issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Strong UI/UX knowledge & experience (preferable: Web Content Management, Content Management System (Content stack), HTML)
- Knowledge of e-commerce / digital services, concepts and practices
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring performance of both on-premises and cloud systems using a variety of dashboards and tools
- Partner with development teams and peers to effectively respond to production needs
- Strong communication skills to keep Enterprise teams informed of updates, outages, and maintenance windows.
- Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively
- Ability to work on multiple digital projects, as well as manage day to day operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Collaborate with a team of operations resources focused on the support & delivery of solutions for enterprise platforms
- Create a consistent communication rhythm on organization and operations status, keeping leadership, global operations and functional partners in synch with overall initiative outcomes, establishing a full operational support model, driving closing cycle
