SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
University bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
At least 3-4 years working experience at the equivalent position, preferable in e-commerce
Experience in planning and team management (about 5-9 members)
Preferably working experience in e-commerce
Preferably knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is must (at least 550 TOEIC).
Preferably knowledge about the sporting goods
Preferably knowledge about Logistic and Operation
Preferably understand Concept drawing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have ability to train and human development
Have creativity, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Have the ability analysis business/ problem by metrics-driven
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency
Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
Eager to learn and self-study
Be proactive with "can-do" attitude
Work well under intense pressure and adapt to an innovative and fast-paced environment
