E-commerce Operation Executive (Mid/Senior Level)

GEW VIETNAM is hiring an E-Commerce Operation Executive (Mid/Senior Level) to work in international e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.).
Job Description:
Work directly with manufacturers
Write product listing content and propose image ideas
Operate international e-commerce platforms
Research, plan, and improve products, categories, stores, and brands
Manage advertising and promotional campaigns
Plan sales, finance, and cash flow
Handle customer service and account-related issues
Monitor KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and support internal projects
Requirements:
Full-time, on-site working at our office in Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (near Thao Dien Metro Station)
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce (preferably Amazon FBA, cross-border)
Proactive, flexible mindset with strong sense of responsibility and data handling skills
Proficient in MS Office, good English skills
Strong time management and teamwork skills
Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/CapCut, AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus
Able to start work soon
