E-commerce Operations Intern (English & Vietnamese)

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Intern to support operations across our diverse portfolio of clients.
📌Responsibilities
Support our team in managing several clients' online stores and advertising accounts.
Handle customer chat inquiries promptly and professionally in both English and Vietnamese.
Assist with product listings, catalog updates, and order checks.
Perform data entry, routine daily reporting, and ad-hoc market research.
Please note that a significant portion of this role consists of daily routine operational tasks that require high accuracy and discipline.
Take on progressive responsibilities with the goal of developing into a future Account Manager.
✅Requirements
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and Vietnamese.
Basic IT literacy and comfort working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel).
Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and patience with routine tasks.
Eagerness to learn digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
