Job Purpose
The E-commerce Specialist will manage and grow Every Half's online sales channel in both domestic and international markets. The role is responsible for marketplace operations, product content, sales campaigns, commercial performance, and customer experience across local and global e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Every Half's domestic and international e-commerce channels, including the brand website, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations, keywords, promotions, and inventory information.
• Adapt product content, pricing, campaigns, and customer communication for different local and international markets.
• Monitor revenue, GMV, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, order volume, and other key metrics by channel and market.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, platform promotions, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, seasonal events, and livestream activities.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop marketplace visuals, product pages, campaign content, advertising materials, and localized communication.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely fulfillment, domestic and international shipping, returns, and customer support.
• Track inventory across channels and markets; recommend replenishment plans to minimize stock-outs, overstock, and slow-moving products.
• Research market trends, customer behavior, competitors, pricing, platform policies, and growth opportunities in Vietnam and international markets.
• Support the execution and optimization of performance marketing activities, including marketplace advertising and platform-native campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business reports; identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all product content and customer-facing activities are aligned with Every Half's brand guideline and commercial objectives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations; experience in both local and cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
• Understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing, promotional mechanics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS, CAC, cancellation rate, and return/refund rate.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, commercially minded, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with marketplace advertising, SEO/keyword research, analytics tools, and ERP/order management systems is an advantage.
