Affiliate Strategy & Planning:
Research and analyze the affiliate marketing landscape, target audience, competitor activities, and company product offerings.
Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives and partner resources.
Establish revenue and cost targets for each partner segment (Publishers, KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, etc.).
Affiliate Network Development & Management:
Identify, recruit, and manage a diverse network of high-performing affiliates, publishers, KOLs, KOCs, and influencers.
Cultivate strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support and communication.
Develop and maintain a database of affiliate contacts and performance data.
Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and other partnership agreements.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on TikTok and e-commerce.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and provide regular reporting.
E-Merchandising:
Oversee product presentation and positioning on e-commerce platforms (website, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Ensure consistent branding and optimal customer shopping experience.
Manage product listings, promotions, and seasonal updates.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., E-commerce, TikTok,
Brand Marketing) to align affiliate activities with overall marketing strategies.
Develop and deliver training materials and resources for affiliates.
Organize events, workshops, and offline activities to engage and support the affiliate network.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and maximize revenue generation.

Must to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or network development.
Strong understanding of the
digital marketing landscape, particularly TikTok and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in team management and leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing tools.
Nice to have:
Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and software.
Knowledge of performance marketing and tracking methodologies.
Familiarity with various influencer marketing platforms and tools.
