As a Mentor, your primary role is to guide and support prospective students in their journey to pursue education abroad. You will help them select the right institutions and academic programs that align with their educational goals and financial constraints. Your responsibilities include:
- Setting academic objectives, devising tailored study plans, and offering guidance to students on suitable study abroad paths based on their individual needs.
- Providing academic support to students throughout their educational journey.
- Collaborating with various departments within the organization to assist in marketing, promoting services, and enhancing the brand's image among customers.
- Coordinating and organizing seminars and study abroad events.
- Assisting and maintaining customer relationships during the application process and throughout their overseas education experience.
- Cooperating with other departments to fulfill tasks and assignments as directed by superiors.
- Teaching IELTS as an additional service (additional compensation will be provided).
Yêu cầu
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major; studying abroad is advantageous
- Minimum IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring is a strong asset.
- Prior experience in educational consultancy, scholarship advising, or foreign languages is a plus.
- Strong advisory, guidance, and persuasive skills.
- Honesty, enthusiasm for the profession, and a commitment to serving students' interests.
