Ni Hao Ma - Mandarin Learning Lab is a fast-growing EdTech company with a mission to make Mandarin learning engaging and effective for all ages. With a creative and student-centered approach, we combine language education with music, storytelling, and interactive technology to deliver exceptional results.
We are expanding our dynamic team and are looking for a Student Consultant who is passionate about education and skilled in sales and customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Student Consultation & Enrollment:
Provide comprehensive course information and guidance to potential students via various channels (phone, email, in-person, online).
Assist students through the enrollment process, addressing queries on programs, fees, and schedules.
Follow up with prospective students to facilitate enrollment.
Student Support & Record Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our system.
Ensure all enrollment documents are complete and correct before courses commence.
Support students throughout their learning journey to enhance their overall experience.
Collaboration & Contribution:
Collaborate closely with other departments (Teachers, Student Care, Marketing) to enhance service quality.
Participate in enrollment events and promotional activities.
Report on work performance and recommend improvements for better recruitment outcomes.
