EHS Leader

- To track and update FMC Corporation information about the plant safety - health - environmental indicators.
- To make the plan and conduct training on EHS regulatory requirements, corporate EHS regulations and other requirements.
- Fully implement reports according to regulations of EHS system: SIMS, SID, ...
- Implement monitoring, recording and coordinating investigation when incidents and accidents occur
- Implement safety - health - environmental programs to raise employee awareness
- Guide and support the operation of the factory's 5S program, Kaizen, STOP
- In conjunction with the MOC change management implementation departments
- Communicate safe sharing practices
- Plan, implement and monitor environmental monitoring programs, measuring working environment
- Plan, implement and monitor a firefighting safety management program
- Assist with project safety management
- Manage, implement, and monitor factory security
- Implement and maintain control of ISO 14001 system: Environmental system management
- Maintain and update factory RTO records in support of visits from authorities
- Assist superior in developing both long and short-term goals and safety plans for the organization.
- Work with Plant Manager in developing skills of plant personnel by way of initiating operation related safety and training to enhance the smooth operation of the plant.
- Ensure that FMC EHS Standards, Country Law and Local Regulation complied.
MAJOR FUNCTION:
- Consistent implementation of EHS programs & initiatives at Plant
- Act as the safety auditor of Plant for the implementation, audit and improvement of safety programs.
- Resource training activities of Plant to enhance the safety, health & environmental-related skills of the workers.
- Ensure that ISO 14001, safety, health and environment related requirements are maintained and trained.
MAJOR CHALLENGES:
- The incumbent under direct guidance of Plant Manager will implement Safety, Health, and Environment program to improve Plant EHS Performance.
- Needs to leverage with other companies within the area or to other FMC sites to answer any problems that the operations may face.
