Due to expanding project, the company is looking to hire additional Electrical Cabinet Design Engineers. The job description is as follows:
1. Quote to customer (estimate labor time for making control cabinet, work with suppliers about specs to get cost for electrical components...) when get customer's drawing for request for quotation
2. Advise specs. to QC to inspect electrical components.
3. Create assembly 3D model support for making assembly instruction
4. ERP knowledge
5. Create Wire Harness fixture.
6. Can build load
tester to adapt control cabinet product required.
7. Weekly meeting with US team for report and job discussion
8. Using 3D software to create 3D assembly of control cabinet. Following schematic from customer's drawing, can simulate from points to points/ wires to wires, create drawing for making separate wire harness that wire harness will be assembled inside control cabinet in mass production.
9. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
1-2 Experience in maintenance for control cabinet. Familiar working with mass production/Manufacturing environment and relating field.
- Experience on work instruction/ operation method
- Experience on Autodek Vault, Inventor Wire Harness, UL508 in a plus.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
- Proficient in reading and understanding schematic drawings, engineering drawings.
- Has experience about electrical components (PLC, relay, contactor, SSR, power unit.... Schneider, Omron, ABB...)
- Used to design/work project for making control cabinet.
- Has knowledge about UL (Underwriters Laboratories)
