Mô tả công việc
Work closely with other disciplines including Engineering team in China & Manufacturing.
Developing power distribution MV/LV/ELV specifications, as well as preparing electrical load calculations for production lines and building facilities.
Design review to ensure technical demonstration according to TTI requirements and contracts.
Coordinate and support where necessary for statutory design submissions with design consultants and contractors.
Review and approve construction shop drawings submitted by Contractors, ensure compliance with the requirements of the design and specification.
Capture and create a list of defects/non-conformity for contractors to fix for the installation on site.
Check the list until these defects are fully fixed and report to Senior Project Manager.
Review the contractor's testing & commissioning plan, including the ITP, method for testing, acceptance, and implementation progress.
Attend all T&C program of Electrical MV/LV/ELV system.
Review, comment and approve O&M documents submitted by Contractors
Review and ensure all as-build drawings according to site installation
Perform other tasks assigned by Senior Project Manager
Manage facility team. Training, assign, and monitor facility engineer and technician daily works.
Annual maintenance/Training/calibration following governmental regulations.
Other jobs assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
College or above graduated from electrical engineering. Etc majors. At least 5 years working experience in factory facility field, or 3 years in leading facility team.
Priority for the candidate with construction engineer/supervisor certification. Experienced in facility permit procedure and obtaining.
Understand 2D/3D drawings for architecture, facility.
Good communication skill and cooperation ability. Experienced in building and FF acceptance procedure and detail requirement.
Good speaking English.
Skilled on PPT reports making and presentation, preferred if the candidates good at MS Project software
