BGSV/EA-VN organization takes the VM-OSS (Occupant Safety System), Airbag ECU development.
Technical Project Manager (TPM) is the core position, responsible for the system level product development.
Responsible for the system development for Airbag ECU Customer Project:
• Lead the product development work of all functions (Mechanical, HW Electronics, SW and Application)
• Plan, Monitor & control the system development in accordance with customer requirements and milestone
• Make decisions within the approved project management plan
• Defect monitoring, tracking and management
Customer (OEM) interface about all engineering topics:
• Act as a contact window and receive requests from OEM, which intends to support VM-OSS/Japan TPMs
• Report technical topics (ex, development status, defect report) to customer
• Align product delivery schedule, product verification plan with OEM
• Assist other TPMs like preparing documents for project reviews, facilitating internal project meetings with distributed team members, following up open points incl. the Translation technical documents (English/Japanese).

Qualifications
• Bachelor/Master degree in "Embedded Electrical/Electronics in Automotive Engineering" or "Embedded SW in Automotive Engineering"
• 8+ years working experience as Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer
• Working experience with Japanese business person in Japanese Language or Bachelor/Master degree in Japan is plus
• Knowledge of Embedded System
• Proficient in English communication
• (Optional) IBM Jazz Platform
• Proficient in Logical Thinking
• Accountability
• Accuracy on Document work
• Commitment
• Time management
• Coordination, Independent work as well as Team work
• Openness to learn something new/difficult by your own
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Requirements Management, Requirement Elicitation
• Knowledge of Airbag System
• Knowledge of System Integration
