Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Employee Relations Specialist ($1500, ID13220)
Create efficient routes of communication between the employee and the plant.
Gather employee opinions on the working environment.
Where required and appropriate, develop personal ties with employees; give the management team input on ongoing employment relationships with employees.
Create and approve an annual operational budget and plan to improve your relationship with the employee.
Obtain assistance from other departments and set up the scheduled activities.
Analyze employee revenue data to pinpoint the major trends that influence employee revenue.
To ensure that complaints are handled and resolved correctly, develop, approve, and execute pertinent complaints procedures for Employees.
With the assistance of the HCM Staff group, conduct a poll on employee engagement.
Aid managers in the analysis and interpretation of survey results.
Requirement
Male / Female ; Age: over 35 - 45 years old
University graduate in HR, Business Administration or related majors.
5 years of experience in HRM, specializing in labor relations network, motivating and supporting employees.
Have experience working for garment factories.
Fluency in English.
