Engineering & Maintenance Manager (Packaging & Printing Machine, shuttle bus from HCMC)

Our parter - the global packaging & label manufacturing company, is looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering, maintenance and technical activities at the factory.
📍 Work location: Binh Duong with shuttle from HCMC
Working time: Mon - Fri only (Saturday working is only required in peak season)
Key Responsibilities
Manage engineering, maintenance, facility and utility operations to ensure stable production.
Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvement and technical projects.
Manage maintenance budget, CAPEX and production assets.
Coordinate equipment installation, qualification, modification and improvement projects.
Develop maintenance procedures, SOPs and technical standards.
Drive technical capability development, training and continuous improvement within the Engineering team.
Lead team performance, manpower planning and development.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar Engineering / Maintenance management role in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance and engineering operations.
Experience in HSE and technical project management.
Good command of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
English communication is a MUST.
