ROLES:
The Event Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and executing marketing activation and event plans for DAFC and all the brands associated with DAFC, with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and optimizing marketing effectiveness. The role involves management of multiple marketing functions, including events, creative (design & content).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign management & MKT budget optimization:
Collaborate with Brand MKT teams to define marketing goals, objectives, and KPIs for each campaign.
Develop and align with Brand MKT teams detailed planning & effective use of MKT budget that optimizes above objectives, KPI and deliver the highest ROI across all Marketing touchpoints.
Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting. Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with the overall strategy.
Coordinate between in-house teams and external partners/vendors to ensure execution on time and to the highest standard.
Effectively utilize marketing funds across all touchpoints to ensure high ROI. Track spend versus results and adjust as needed to maximize business impact.
Marketing Operations Team management and cross-functional collaboration :
Lead and manage a high-performing Marketing Event team, providing clear direction, and mentorship to drive excellence across all marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including
Brand Marketing, Partnership, Customer Experience,
Purchasing... and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns, as well as establishing and maintaining efficient workflows and communication.
Creative management :
Offer strategic direction and guidance for the development of creative assets on all marketing touchpoints, including social media, website, POSM, direct communication... that align with MKT plans & objectives from brands.
Develop creative ideas and an engaging content strategy and plan that resonate with targeted audiences and maximize customer engagement and conversion.
Content Curation and Creation: Curate compelling content for PR editorials, interviews, press releases, and the DAFC blog section. Ensure that all content aligns with DAFC's brand identity and reinforces its reputation as a fashion authority.
Ensure that all creative assets correspond to DAFC standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
Event management :
Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to understand business objectives, event format and brand guidelines, and provide expertise to maximize ROI for each event.
Supervise all activation initiatives to deeply engage VIC customers, fostering brand loyalty and driving sales conversion.
Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, and logistics coordination.
Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, decorators, entertainers, and transportation services, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.
Oversee all aspects of event setup, including décor, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and signage.
Manage event staff, including coordinators, servers, security personnel, and any other necessary personnel, to ensure seamless execution of events.
