MHG is expanding its international investment ecosystem, with a strategic focus on real estate, Golden Visa programs, education, and strategic partnerships across Europe.
We are not looking for a traditional administrative assistant. We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a global perspective, the ability to build strategic partnerships, and the drive to turn international connections into tangible investment opportunities, meaningful collaborations, and measurable business value.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with MHG's senior leadership and help build a platform connecting investment, education, and business opportunities between Vietnam and Europe.
YOUR MISSION:
International Partnerships: Proactively identify, engage, and develop a strong international network of Golden Visa agencies, immigration advisors, wealth managers, family offices, real estate agencies, educational institutions, and strategic partners across Europe.
Investment & Business Development: Build international distribution channels, connect with potential investors, establish strategic collaborations, and generate qualified business opportunities for MHG's investment, real estate, and Golden Visa projects.
International Education Development: Identify and develop international education partnerships with European universities, educational institutions, training providers, and study-abroad advisory firms. Facilitate collaboration in education, professional training, and international talent development.
Investment & Project Coordination: Conduct market and investment research, prepare project documentation and investment proposals, and coordinate with international partners, legal advisors, and project teams to drive execution.
Executive Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership on strategic meetings, negotiations, and partnership development. Take ownership of coordination, follow-through, and the successful execution of key initiatives.
Business Performance: Manage partnership and investment pipelines, track business opportunities, and take accountability for project progress, partnership quality, and measurable results.
