Executive - CreditTech Product Operations

Product Planning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research user needs and propose the roadmap for our financial products
Take ownership of the end-to-end process, from ideation to product launch, and oversee the operational and financial aspects of the business with the guidance from management level
Utilize research and analytic to pursue innovative ideas that solve everyday problems for both users and business
Participate in business discussions and provides advice to the service team
Work with Growth and Marketing Team to define monthly / quarterly growth activities for financial products
Project Management
Follow the product roadmap and propose changes based on business context
Controls and prioritizes all business requests, such as those for feature enhancements, ensuring limited resources are spent on high-value requests
Reviews communications for key stakeholders and the business before getting approval from management level
Operations Management:
Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure proper operations of the product
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
Bachelor degree in International Business, Business Administration or related fields
Have 2 years of experience for product operations, product development, product owner for financial products
Know how to use SQL language in data retrieval, analysis, calculation
Knowledge about online payment (e-commerce, fintech, finance, e-banking, etc.) is a plus
Eager to learn & adaptability
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Quickly adapt to change at a high speed space
Enjoy dynamic and fast-paced environments
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
