What You Will Do
We are looking for Experienced Ticketing Agents to join our FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam travel consultant team.
- You will work across both leisure and corporate clients, in a collaborative team environment on dynamic and tailored itineraries.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on air fares, routings, hotels, frequent flyer programs and land transportation.
- You will manage our business travelers for air ticket, hotel, visa, transfer and other related travel requests.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1 years travel industry experience
• GDS experience on Amadeus & SabreSonic
• Self ticketing/reissue/cancellations skills
• Advanced English speaking & writing is a must
• Travel experience of domestic air and international destination
• Sales skills with excellent customer service skills
• Leadership potential
