Expert, Project Supply Chain Management

1. Management and execution of work orders
Support to create scope of work for different work orders
Seek the potential suppliers;
Recite and consolidate the offers from suppliers;
Contact and discuss the quotations with IPS;
Give feedback to suppliers;
Participate the team of IPS for supplier evaluations, improvement.
2. Negotiation with suppliers
Discuss with suppliers for various technical specifications (including commercials for small and special buys)
Control the performance of suppliers, the price-breakdown and quality of products/services;
Seek the room and negotiate the suppliers to improve the price, delivery and quality.
3. Risk Management in collaboration with Project Manager
Identify possible risks
Define probability of occurrence and impact
Define possible countermeasures; Perception of risks
4. Financial status and reporting
Manage collecting of all Financial Data (Investment/running cost)
Responsible for financial report of Operations Vietnam
Plan for all Financial cycles (FTR, OP, EA x cycles) for Funding as well as G & A
5. Communication
Communicate and send report on a regular basis, status meetings
Exchange of knowledge and information.
