1. Key Role
Handle and issue export shipment documentation.
Ensure the validity and accuracy of the shipping documentation set for sea freight, air freight, multimodal transportation, etc., until the shipment completes all procedures at the destination port.
Receive, consult, and handle issues related to documentation and special declarations (AMS / ACI / ISF / etc.).
2. Job Description
Comply strictly with the department's export documentation processing procedures.
Follow up, advise, and communicate with customers and related parties to prepare or issue necessary documents on time (such as Bill of Lading, LOI, Authorization Letter, etc.).
Perform AMS / ISF / ACI / EMNF / AFR declarations on time and monitor as well as update declaration results promptly.
Track and update shipment status, provide consultation, and resolve arising issues until the shipment completes all procedures and payments at the destination port.
Work with relevant parties such as agents, shipping lines, airlines, ports, warehouses, and vendors to monitor cargo status, costs, and other shipment-related issues.
Coordinate with other departments to prepare payment documentation, customer debit notes, etc., submit payment requests to related parties, and issue debit notes for invoicing to the accounting department.
Coordinate with related departments to handle shipments using multiple services of the company.
Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
3. Job Requirements
- Education and Experience:
Graduated from Universities or Colleges majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics, Import-Export, or other related fields.
Experience: Not required.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Knowledge and Skills:
Basic office computer skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good time management and work progress management skills.
Careful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Work time
- Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
