As an Export Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Identifying and cultivating relationships with international clients and distributors.
* Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Profile
A successful Export Sales Director should have:
* A degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
* Proven experience in export sales within the Shrimp especially Tempura products.
* Good customers network across Japan, Eu and U.S market.
* Familiar with seafood trading nature of business.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to analyse market data and identify business opportunities.
* Proficiency in managing relationships with international clients and distributors.
* Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
