Eyewear Trade Marketing Supervisor ($1000 - $1500)Urgent job

I. Mission/ Position Summary - Purpose and Objectives of the Role
• The key focus task is Brand Management, to support the overall management of the EssilorLuxottica frame brand development plan, whilst coordinating with commercial team to deliver annual budget and category growth as well as ensuring to manage doors quality (Non-Fake) and brand visibility as per global guidelines.
II. Scope of Business / Function - Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities
• Brand Management: be responsible for the end-to-end management of key projects as: POSM execution, Key accounts support, Event organization...., as well as the achievement of commercial objectives and marketing budget management.
• Manage B2B & B2C marketing activities including but not limited to events, activations, branding, merchandising, etc.
• Managing doors profile quality & manage to open new brands to eyewear shops to ensure supporting selling genuine customers.
• Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
• Focus on achieving commercial objectives and brand business objectives in the short and long term.
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
• Frequent domestic or oversea travel required (Monthly on basic)
