Mô Tả Công Việc

Scope of Position:

Primary responsibility of the F&B Service Captain for Hoiana Shores Golf Club is to provide a level of service unmatched and empowering of employees who provide dynamic professionalism.
Support the F&B Supervisor in the efficient operation of the restaurant, maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all Waiters/Waitresses in the restaurant.
Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
Introduce items on the menu making recommendations to guests if required.
Accurately take orders sending them to the kitchen for preparation.
Efficiently serve guests as per the service standards.
Clear guest's plates in a timely manner.
Be proactive to guests requests and demands.
Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
Ensure all restaurant equipment and consumables are restocked regularly.
Ensure the restaurant, restaurant tables, and podium is presented as per the presentation standards at all times.
Be familiar with the contents of the menu and the ingredients used in each dish.
Be familiar with the beverage menu and wine list and the alcohol content of each beverage.
Advise the F&B Supervisor of shortages, damaged equipment or other problems that need immediate attention.
Regularly check inventory levels of restaurant equipment and consumables, advising the F&B Supervisor when reordering is required.
Support the F&B Supervisor in creating promotions to stimulate business.
Ensure the restaurant and tables remain clean and tidy throughout the day.

Other Duties:

Comply with all standards of performance, operational policies and procedures in place at Hoiana Shores Golf Club at all times.
Participate in appropriated internal and external activities to enhance the company's prestige.
Perform other relevant duties as directed by the F&B Supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Strong service standard skills.
Working knowledge of food and beverage services, policies or operations.
Ability to relate to staff and golfers from a variety of backgrounds.
Ability to multi task and manage time effectively.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluency in English and Chinese is an advantage.
Minimum of 2-year restaurant experience.
