JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all Facility operation and maintenance, renovation at MILWAUKEE sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Facility Operation & Maintenance
Manage the operation and maintenance of all factory facility systems, including:
• Electrical systems (MV/LV, generators, UPS)
• HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation)
• Fire Protection Systems (fire pumps, sprinklers, fire alarm)
• Water supply, drainage and wastewater systems
• Compressed air, utilities and factory infrastructure
Maintenance Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans, handle Corrective Maintenance (CM) to ensure safe and reliable operation and handle the work order work (WO) from cross function.
• Manage and supervise maintenance contractors, service quality, contracts.
• Plan and control the Facilities budget (OPEX/CAPEX).
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, EHS requirements and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and authorities during audits, inspections, and statutory checks.
Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
• Lead, train, and develop the facilities/maintenance team.
• Propose and implement energy-saving initiatives, system improvements, and upgrades.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, M&E, HVAC or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Need at least 5 years of experience in supervisor roles with people management responsibilities.
• More than 02 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of multiple facility systems and contractor management.
• Good understanding of Fire Protection, Electrical Safety and EHS regulations.
• Lean & Six Sigma understanding is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.
