Facilities & Operations Lead (Da Nang)

THE ROLE
The position is responsible for supervising and carrying out maintenance works at at Da Nang campus to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved properly and in customer oriented manners. The Facilities & Operations Lead is also responsible for providing facilities arrangement to all events on campus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance
Conduct frequent checks to have all facilities in good condition and suggest corrective and preventive maintenance when required
Liaise with Landlord to raise and resolve any issues related to facilities, occupational health and safety
Report to Facilities Manager in case of system breakdown or operational failure. Perform analysis for root causes of mechanical and electrical systems and suggest solutions.
Ensure that preventive and predictive maintenance activities of Mechanical and Electrical systems including ventilating, air conditioning system, lightings, CCTV and access control are appropriately performed to meet the operations' requirements of RMIT Vietnam
Supervise external contractors in all minor works or projects when required and report to Manager in SGS of technical issues or concerns
Work with Centre Manager to get facilities' requirements and then arrange setup accordingly to ensure that events are well supported.
Security and cleaning
Perform scheduled patrols through the campus.
Coordinate keys, key register and access control through SGS.
Coordinate additional security services and cleaning services as required
Liaise with the Landlord regarding cleaning, security of common areas and RMIT parking allocations
Well plan spare parts or materials for general maintenance stored on site to minimise interruption to operation.
OH&S
Work with OH&S in SGS to get instructions on occupational health and safety, environmental and emergency procedures and give safety briefing to staff in Da Nang.
Report all incidents to OH&S Manager in SGS
