Job Description Summary
Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services for a multinational corporate office in Hanoi, while providing remote operational oversight for two additional sites. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across facilities, workplace services, vendor management, financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction within a dynamic corporate environment.

About the Role:
Lead the day-to-day facilities operations across the primary site in Hanoi while providing remote oversight and operational support to two additional office locations, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with client standards.
Manage integrated facilities services including engineering, maintenance, workplace services, health & safety, cleaning, security, and vendor performance, while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and employee experience.
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, purchase orders, contract administration, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives, ensuring effective financial management and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders by proactively addressing operational needs, leading workplace initiatives, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across all managed sites.
Lead and develop the onsite facilities team while driving compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, sustainability initiatives, emergency preparedness, audits, and workplace health & safety requirements.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Workplace Services, Corporate Real Estate, or Property Management, preferably within multinational corporate environments.
Strong experience managing vendors, facilities operations, budgets, contracts, and workplace services, with exposure to managing multiple sites or regional portfolios being highly advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, landlords, and service providers while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using facilities management systems (e.g., CMMS, CAFM, Work Order Management systems) considered an advantage.
