Mô tả công việc
- Operational management and production/reporting directly to the CEO.
- Manage production systems, from materials to finished products.
- Responsible for production techniques, arranging personnel structure to meet production needs, improving production and quality control of finished products.
- Manage equipment systems, repair, ensure operation.
- Manage production safety.
- Manage production costs.
- Provide incentive plans for CEO to proceed.
- In charge of and ensure the workforce for production.
- Be responsible for production training activities to ensure work quality improvement.
- Be knowledgable of the industry development trends and have timely reports.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Quản lí vận hành và sản xuất/báo cáo trực tiếp cho TGĐ.
- Quản lí hệ thống sản xuất, từ khâu vật liệu tới thành phẩm.
- Phụ trách kĩ thuật sản xuất, sắp xếp cơ cấu nhân sự phù hợp nhu cầu sản xuất, nâng cao sản lượng và quản lí chất lượng thành phẩm.
- Quản lí hệ thống thiết bị, sửa chữa, đảm bảo việc vận hành.
- Quản lí an toàn sản xuất.
- Quản lý chi phí sản suất.
- Đưa ra các phương án khích lệ báo TGĐ để thực hiện.
- Phụ trách và đảm bảo lực lượng lao động cho sản xuất.
- Phụ trách các hoạt động đào tạo sản xuất đảm bảo nâng cao chất lượng công việc.
- Nắm rõ các khuynh hướng phát triển của ngành và có báo cáo kịp thời.
Yêu cầu
- Male. Age from 35 to 50 years old.
- 8-years experience in mechanical manufacturing.
- Has extensive professional knowledge in the field of industrial engineering (assembly, welding, mechanical processing, boiler,...).
- Be knowledgeable of CNC milling and tunning machining.
- Having leadership, management skills, production planning, conveying accurate and well-organized information.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, withstand the pressure of work.
- There is a need to progress and want to develop a long-term career with the company.
- Have a strategic vision of the mechanical manufacturing industry, make practical development plans.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Fluency in English, French communication is an advantage.
- Candidate can be Vietnamese or Foreigner.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Nam từ 35 đến 50 tuổi.
- Kinh nghiệm 8 năm về lĩnh vực sản xuất cơ khí.
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn rộng về lĩnh vực cơ khí công nghiệp (lắp ráp, hàn, cơ khí gia công, lò hơi,...).
- Am hiểu về việc gia công phay tiện CNC.
- Có kĩ năng lãnh đạo, quản lí, lập kế hoạch sản xuất, truyền đạt thông tin chính xác, tổ chức tốt.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chịu được áp lực công việc.
- Có chí cầu tiến và muốn phát triển sự nghiệp lâu dài với công ty.
- Có tầm nhìn chiến lược về ngành sản xuất cơ khí, đưa ra những phương án phát triển thiết thực.
- Tiếng Anh lưu loát, giao tiếp được tiếng Pháp là một lợi thế.
- Ứng cử viên có thể là người Viêt Nam hoặc người nước ngoài.
- Lương thoả thuận theo năng lực của ứng viên.
