About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Associate / Customer Advisor to join our boutique in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City (Le Loi, Dong Khoi...).
Key Responsibilities
1) Sales & Customer Consulting
• Welcome customers and identify their needs to recommend the most suitable items (style, size, material, outfit matching).
• Present product details clearly and confidently.
• Share the brand story and values: Eco-chic lifestyle, cultural inspiration, sustainable mindset.
• Drive sales by suggesting styling options and product combinations to enhance the shopping experience.
2) Customer Service
• Support customers during fitting/selection and handle questions with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Resolve basic customer concerns following store procedures.
• Build positive relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
3) Cashier & Store Operations
• Operate the cashier system: billing, payments, receipts, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
• Assist with daily store operations: product display, tidiness, basic stock checks, and merchandising support.
4) Store Standards & Brand Image
• Maintain a clean, green, and welcoming store environment aligned with brand standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and store performance.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/customer service (preferably fashion retail; F&B/service experience is a plus).
• Well-groomed, good appearance, professional attitude, and positive energy.
• Good English communication (speaking & listening preferred); a second language (Chinese, French, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Working Schedule
• Morning shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Full-time rotating shifts, 1 day off/week
