Fulfilment by Lazada ("FBL") offers the best fulfilment and transport service experience for Sellers/Brands selling through the Lazada platforms. Our aim is to build a seamless technology and reporting infrastructure to serve our clients.
As FBL Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving FBL growth by converting sellers and brands from own fulfilment to FBL
Managing Large Brands/Key Accounts and complex FBL problem solving to enable seller's growth and FBL growth
Lead FBL Pitching/Onboarding/ Training along with a cross function team
Be good at conflicts management, communication and stakeholder management in the whole chain of FBL
Leading weekly and bi-weekly review with key stakeholders (Customers, Commercial, Fulfilment, Finance etc.)
Manage FBL communication channels, marketing and branding
Manage FBL pricing and promotions
Collect client voices and transform into FBL business process requirements, work with other teams to deliver right expectations
Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and business development, branding/marketing, key account management, preferably in logistics and supply chain
Past experience in driving sales with B2B partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Development/Administration, Sales & Marketing or Logistics & Supply Chain Management but other profiles are also welcome
Must have "CAN-DO" attitude, open for change, customer-oriented, and service mindset
Must good at data analysis, problem-solving and presentation skills
Degree in MBA or Master of Sales & Marketing/SCM is not a requirement but is a plus
Be resilient, proactive, multi-task, multi-skills, and teamwork
