Mô tả công việc
Reporting to the Team Leader and Regional Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for all service aspects of product support function for Electron Microscopy (EM) products, Light Microscopy (LM), X-ray Microscopy (XRM)
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Engineering (preferably electronics or mechatronics)
• Minimum 4 years in service/ troubleshooting on electronic schematic and mechanical
• Previous microscopy experiences are an added advantage
• Industry experience in microscopy are added advantage
• Experienced in product knowledge and technical skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Customer focus oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English. (Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and German are added advantage)
• Experience in sales are added advantage.
• Project planning and coordination is an added advantage.
