JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Event, Activation & Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising Planning:
- Plan and execute film events, premieres, fan screenings, and consumer activations aligned with campaign strategy.
- Plan OOH activities and recommend suitable formats and locations based on campaign objectives and budgets
- Manage agencies/vendors, production, timelines, budgets, and onsite operations.
- Ensure execution quality and compliance with Studio brand guidelines
Trade Marketing & Cinema Visibility
- Develop and execute cinema visibility plans, including POSM, displays, booths, LED screens, and others in-cinema branding.
- Work closely with cinema partners to ensure timely and effective campaign implementation, cinema promotions, gifts, redemption programs, fan screenings, and customer activations.
Cinema Website/App Management
- Manage film information and marketing visibility across cinema websites and mobile applications.
- Coordinate digital placements including banners, push notifications, featured sections, and landing pages.
- Ensure film and promotional information is accurate and updated on time.
Others:
- Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution quality.
- Identify execution risks and proactively recommend solutions
- Monitor execution and prepare post-campaign performance reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Entertainment Marketing, Trade Marketing, Event/Activation, or related roles.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, production houses, media owners, or commercial partners is preferred.
- Experience in entertainment, cinema, media, FMCG, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Professional Skills
