Responsibilities
Manage operations including forecasting of various Profit and Loss line items up to business partnering closely with global finance teams and regional business stakeholders.
Review and approve campaigns in salesforce and maintain Retail Incentive Budget to ensure promos are captured accurately, budgets are managed within guidance for full year and each quarter.
Develop tools and data infrastructure to measure the effectiveness of different initiatives for a range of audiences, including executives.
Partner with country finance leads to efficiently launch products in markets including expansion and changes in pricing structure.
Increase efficiency in operations through automation and standardization leveraging AI/ML.
Yêu cầu
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Experience in coding or SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Telecommunications or Consumer Electronics.
Experience in FP&A or project management, with effective process improvement.
Experience with AI/ML models, and ability to incorporate AI/ML to automate and streamline work.
Understanding of accounting and finance operations.
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to multi-task and apply initiative and creativity on challenging projects.
