Mô tả công việc
A. Purpose
This position is to assist for Finance Senior Leader to implement budget preparation, spending, verification and cost controlling.
B. Responsibility
* Communicate and coordinate with all divisions, departments to prepare NSRP Master Budget and analyze the spending exercise followed NSRP internal policies and procedures
* Perform site survey, evaluating the effectiveness of cost control implementation activities and other ad-hoc as required by supervisors
* Provide analysis between budget/actual based on observing and evaluating the implemented internal cost controlling activities and propose recommendation for decision making on timely basis
* Prepare the weekly/monthly budget spending status report with analysis and other required finance report to Finance Managers, NSRP Management, Sponsors
* Maintain, improve and develop Budget processes, procedures and system. Ensure Budget policies and procedures are followed and sufficient controls are in place.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational Level : University Graduate as minimum
2. Work Experience : At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing company
3. Specialty/Qualification : Experience with cost controlling or internal control system or related oil & gas industry or nitrogenous fertilizer industry is an advantage.
4. Skills :
* Good practical English skills in speaking and writing
* High team work spirit
* Good communication skills
* Well organized
* Good computer skills, including Excel, Word and Power Point
* Problem-solving skills
