I. Job Purpose:
This position builds, develops accurate forecasts based on historical data and create detailed reports that explain her/his financial recommendations to line manager; responsible to build financial analysis templates, supporting the design and execution of financial review; support and work closely with line manager and other departments to maximize profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan & refine the strategy and financial projections for the business. Support line managers for project analysis and implementation.
II. Job Accountabilities:
Prepare management reports accurately and timely.
Perform analysis with clear and sharp commentaries on any fluctuation.
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Assist manager on Budgeting/ Forecasting.
Increase productivity by working with other functions & departments for automated reporting tools.
Work closely with the other teams to ensure accurate data for reporting & decision support.
Identify discrepancies and their root causes, including presentation of data to the management and relevant departments.
Recommend for Finance re-engineering/ updating process that assigned by line manager.
Support in controlling the process of approving and evaluating projects, business proposals, and operating activity plans proposed by departments.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu
Graduated in Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance (Qualified or member of professional body is a plus).
Minimum 5 year working experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance field.
Good sense in controlling, business acumen and analytical skill.
Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
Able to work long and irregular hours under high pressure and tight deadline.
Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.
Spoken and written English skills are essential.
Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint (Knowing BI Tool such as PowerBI or Tableau is a must).
