Finance Business Partner (HCMC)

1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial plans and budgets.
- Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights.
- Forecast financial trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support.
- Prepare Financing planning base on product planning & target KPI set up by Operation.
- Do simulation base on study case or management requirement to improve costing or decision making.
2. Budgeting monitoring and Cost Control:
- Update actual, compare with budget & analysic what impact to achieve or don't achieve the planning of business.
- What's cost driving through performance & raw material cost to impact net net cost per product.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings
3. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present MI, MI Qlik report to management by monthly & quarterly, Present to Operation & BOD in MOR meeting.
- Prepare MIS/ NNC report to support operation deeply understand & manage their cost efficiency.
- Prepare standard costing & market cost for Go Direct base standard cost set up & market price livestock.
- Working with digital team for JIMS report.
- Capex expenditure management through support & control capex form as stage 2/ Form A/ Form B/ Form D/ Form E/ Form F inline with matrix approval.
4. Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support.
5. Decision Support: Provide financial index through Feasibilities study data for new project to support Operation decision-making. Make simulation base on situation case to support operation review overall before make decision.
