Mô tả công việc
*You will be part of our Finance team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
*Your tasks and responsibilities:
Your primary objective will be to ensure that the respective business units deliver against strategy + targets by conducting business controlling activities + driving continuous improvement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
• To lead a finance controlling team (if applicable).
• To act as a financial sparring partner for the respective management functions.
• To proactively monitor business performance, initiate business reviews including follow-ups + corrective actions.
• To performance project controlling + drive the business investment
application (BIA) process + support• To lead or support financial work stream in potential merger + acquisition (M+A) projects.
• To proactively develop restructuring proposals + cost saving initiatives.
• To cross-share + transfer financial know-how to respective business + functional units, providing all support that is needed.
• To continuously drive improvement by identifying "waste" in existing process, challenge status quo, propose changes + implement corrective plans
Yêu cầu
*Your skill and experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in related positions, having knowledge in freight forwarding/shipping line is a plus;
• Strong experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization's financial performance.
• Strong analytical skills + strategic mindset and communication skill.
