财务主管 Finance Manager

参与公司财务管理工作,协助部门经理制定公司会计核算、财务管理、财务监督制度,督促各项制度的实施和执行。
(1) Participate in the company's financial management work, assist department managers in formulating the company's accounting, financial management, and financial supervision systems, and supervise the implementation and execution of various systems.
参与对公司重大经营活动、重大投资项目、重大经济合同的可行性分析。
(2) Participate in feasibility analysis of major business activities, major investment projects, and major economic contracts of the company.
做好公司会计核算工作,负责组织编制和审核各类财务报表;组织好部门会计核算工作,准确、及时、完整地进行记账、算账、报账工作,及时提供各种真实的会计核算资料。
(3) Carry out accounting work for the company, responsible for organizing the preparation and review of various financial statements; Organize departmental accounting work, accurately, timely, and completely carry out bookkeeping, accounting, and reimbursement work, and provide various authentic accounting information in a timely manner.
协助部门经理编制公司年度财务预算与决算,监督预算执行,定期分析财务状况并汇报。
(4) Assist department managers in preparing the company's annual financial budget and final accounts, supervise budget execution, regularly analyze financial status and report.
主导财务审计,与越南当地审计机构沟通协作,应对政府财务检查。
(5) Lead financial audits, communicate and collaborate with local audit institutions in Vietnam, and respond to government financial inspections.
做好部门日常管理,完成领导交办的其他工作。
(6) Perform daily departmental management and complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
