Warmly welcoming and greeting all guests, with particular attention to Russian-speaking guests, in their native language.
Proactively engaging with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and any special requests.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Serving as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking guests within the F&B outlets.
Providing menu explanations, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations in Russian.
Assisting with any language-related needs or inquiries.
Ensuring all guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Handling guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalating to management when necessary.
Anticipating potential guest issues and proactively addressing them.

High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience is required
