- Tư vấn hàm lượng sử dụng của phụ gia thực phẩm theo luật khi có yêu cầu
- Chủ động cập nhật các luật liên quan đến phụ gia, nguyên liệu thực phẩm mới và chia sẻ cho team
- Ban hành các tài liệu, quy trình, hướng dẫn liên quan đến kho, đảm bảo vận hành theo đúng tiêu chuẩn
- Chịu trách nhiệm công việc liên quan khi khách hàng audit kho

- Cung cấp và hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh và khách hàng các giấy tờ tài liệu, thông tin liên quan đến sản phẩm: Công bố, kiểm nghiệm định kỳ và nhà cung cấp trong trường hợp không có trên kho lưu trữ hoặc đội ngũ kinh doanh không thể truy cập kịp thời.
- Hoàn thiện các biểu mẫu liên quan đến sản phẩm từ yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Theo dõi các giấy tờ chứng từ liên quan đến
quản lý kho, đảm bảo đúng yêu cầu khi có khách audit.
- Perform product declaration and periodic testing and monitor to ensure complete compliance documentation as regulated.
- Conduct traceability, handle customer complaints and propose preventive actions.
- Advise on the allowed usage levels of food additives according to law when requested.
- Proactively update new laws related to food additives and ingredients and share them with the team.
- Issue documents, procedures and instructions related to the warehouse, ensuring operations meet standards.
- Be responsible for related tasks during customer warehouse audits.
- Perform product declaration and periodic testing and monitor to ensure complete compliance documentation as regulated.
- Provide and support the sales team and customers with product-related documents and information: Declarations, periodic testing results and supplier information in cases where they are not available in the archive or the sales team cannot access them promptly.
- Complete product-related forms based on customer requirements.
- Handle customs declaration procedures to receive sample goods.
- Track documents and vouchers related to warehouse management, ensuring compliance in case of customer audits.
- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành thực phẩm.
- Ưu tiên sử dụng tốt tiếng anh trong ngành công nghệ & nguyên liệu thực phẩm.
- Am hiểu các hệ thống
quản lý chất lượng, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng trong ngành thực phẩm.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành
công nghệ thực phẩm, hóa học, hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a sililar position in the food industry.
- Good English in food technology & ingredients is preferred.
- Well known about quality management systems and quality standards in the food industry.
- University degree or higher in Food Technilogy, Chemistry, or a related field.
