Mô tả công việc
Manage the entire footwear product development process by working closely with factories and supply partners to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
Receive and review Tech Packages; collaborate with Graphic, Technical, and Material teams to build specifications and release to factories.
Communicate with overseas teams and factories on material ideas, shipping updates, and issue resolution.
Track development timelines, shipping documents, and support factories in updating technical systems accurately.
Ensure all Tech Packages are accurate and delivered on schedule according to each development phase.
Work with factories to align on delivery timelines and sample shipping.
Monitor order summaries, shipping documents, and debit note verification post-sample delivery.
Check sample shoe quality and send samples to clients (brands) for approval.
Coordinate with factories to review and sign off on master swatches after SMS shoes for bulk production readiness.
Support troubleshooting during mass production to ensure product quality and delivery deadlines.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years of experience in footwear development.
Experience working with international footwear brands is a plus.
Strong ability to work under deadlines and manage timelines effectively.
Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Quick learner with a proactive and responsible mindset.
Dynamic, flexible, and solution-oriented.
Willing to work overtime when required (occasionally only).
