High performance Foreign Business Development Director
Plan a sales plan, report a sales plan to top management, and execute plans to achieve specified targets.
Achieve growth and achieve sales goals
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base
Proposing marketing strategies (promotions, sampling, ...) according to each market's characteristics to assist customers / distributors to boost sales.
Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and actual forecasts to the management team
Manage sales team to implement sales plans and sales goals.
Take care and maintain relationships with old customers. Finding new markets.

As a foreigner: Singapore, Australia, USA, Cannada, majoring in international economics,
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Foreign Sales in the field of Export. (FMCG) (Must have confectionery business experience).
Knowledge and expert on Chinese / Japanese / Korean markets and distribution networks
Good at English
Modesty, High sense of responsibility, Perseverance, Teamwork spirit
Passionate about traveling abroad & meeting foreigners
Good presentation skills
