ENG:
- Prepare structural and engineering designs based on client requirements using CAD software such as Vectorworks or AutoCAD;
- Utilize engineering software to deliver accurate, efficient, and professional structural engineering solutions;
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with Australian Standards and Structerre's engineering principles and design philosophy;
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality while applying creative and innovative problem-solving approaches when appropriate;
- Conduct self-checks and review calculations/designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of deliverables;
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions;
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments as required.

- Triển khai các bản vẽ
thiết kế kỹ thuật/kết cấu theo yêu cầu khách hàng bằng phần mềm CAD như Vectorworks hoặc AutoCAD;
- Sử dụng các phần mềm kỹ thuật để tạo ra các giải pháp thiết kế kết cấu chuyên nghiệp, chính xác và phù hợp với yêu cầu dự án;
- Đảm bảo tất cả thiết kế kỹ thuật tuân thủ Tiêu chuẩn Úc (Australian Standards) và định hướng thiết kế của Structerre;
- Luôn đề cao tính chính xác và chất lượng trong công việc, đồng thời chủ động tư duy sáng tạo để đưa ra các giải pháp tối ưu cho khách hàng;
- Chủ động tự kiểm tra, rà soát bản vẽ và các phép tính kỹ thuật nhằm đảm bảo độ chính xác và chất lượng đầu ra;
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để nắm bắt yêu cầu thiết kế và đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp;
- Phối hợp hiệu quả với đồng nghiệp và các phòng ban liên quan khi cần thiết.
Yêu cầu
ENG:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering (Priority: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology; University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and fundamental engineering principles;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings;
- Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
VN:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng dân dụng / Kỹ thuật Kết cấu (ưu tiên: Đại học Bách Khoa; Đại học
Kiến trúc)
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và trình bày bằng cả tiếng Việt và
tiếng Anh;
- Có hiểu biết về National Construction Code (NCC), các Tiêu chuẩn Úc và các nguyên lý kỹ thuật liên quan;
- Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc;
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kiến trúc và bản vẽ kỹ thuật;
- Có khả năng tự quản lý công việc, sắp xếp khối lượng công việc hiệu quả và đảm bảo đúng tiến độ với sự giám sát tối thiểu;
- Có khả năng phối hợp và làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường đội nhóm.
