ZALORA Engineering is seeking a full-time Senior Frontend Engineer to work on its high profile customer-facing products.
You'll be passionate about the latest in web technologies and will be keen to tackle a range of hard and intriguing challenges.
You will work with a polyglot architecture, modern development workflows and a forward-thinking, intelligent team dedicated to solving the big-picture problems in e-commerce.
We have built most of our systems on open source technology, PHP, Go, Java, Javascript, Haskell, Kotlin, Docker, Kafka, Solr, MySQL and more all in production. We believe in choosing the best tool for the job, and part of your responsibility will be to identify the tools to help us grow into the next 5 years and more at ZALORA.

Are you ready to improve the web platform that delivers to millions of customers per month and all the tooling surrounding it?
Do you want to craft a React/Redux application that runs on the native mobile apps?

Responsibilities
Work alongside product managers and business partners to build our websites
Build high performance, scalable and testable components for our websites
Investigate and implement state of the art technologies to improve site reliability, customer experience, and raw performance
Think outside the day-to-day and propose ways to elevate the art of frontend engineering
Yêu cầu
3+ relevant experience.
Experience building web apps, PWAs and their accompanying APIs
Experience using React or a similar declarative UI library
Experience using Redux or a similar state management library
Experience using Webpack or a similar assets bundling tool
Proficiency in web development fundamentals (Javascript ES6+, performant HTML CSS, etc...).
Testing and writing testable code
Monitoring and writing observable, traceable code (performance, errors, etc...)
Server-side development with NodeJS and PHP or another server technology
Bonus points for experience with or deep interest in Elm-we are migrating to this
Bonus points for experience with functional programming and declarative paradigm-we are migrating to this
