SAP Cloud Reporting - Senior

Responsibilities include

Support the development of S/4 HANA transformation program for a Banking client's, with a focus on:
- Lead process improvement initiatives in Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting areas workshops.
- Collect business requirements and apply industry leading best practice financial concepts to translate them into solution design.
- Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and perform testing accordingly to support the design sessions and to fulfil the customer's business requirements.
- Create strategies and blueprints that improve operations and refine processes. Design and document the required configurations for the GR solution per the blueprint, including documenting test results.
- Provide and Implement recommendations based on Financial Close & Consolidations leading practices.
- Stay current on how new GAAP/IFRS regulations and technologies affect clients' businesses especially Banking and Insurance industries.
- Develop the end-to-end testing methodology in alignment with S/4 HANA process testing.

About You

10+ years of working experience in Finance & Accounting domain especially with SAP planning & consolidation eco system. 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing Financial Consolidation Solutions in at least one EPM tool (SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC etc.)
Must have a keen understanding of and hands-on experience with SAP BPC, SEM-BCS, as well as S/4 HANA and BW/4 HANA with a solid accounting and finance background.
Deep functional understanding of record to report and financial consolidations processes including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statement reporting
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a banking or insurance client-facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex financial planning & consolidation programs in SAP Finance Implementation.
Ability to work closely with end users to design the proper Consolidation and GR solution(s) to support defined business processes and business requirements
Proven experience of full-cycle SAP implementation projects through all phases and associated deliverables
Proven experience in IT change projects with a range of streams, partners, and technologies (incl. IT infrastructure, IT Security, IT Operations, IT applications etc.) across the full delivery lifecycle is desirable but not essential
Strong ability to be a team player, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach across the team
Proven ability to lead teams and build and leverage relationships with key project and client stakeholders
