Support the preparation of key materials for strategic fundraising rounds (financial models, investment memos, business reports, and market research) to present investment opportunities to strategic investors.
Support the due diligence process and collaborate with internal departments to maximize the success of fundraising rounds.
Develop relationships with potential investors and existing business partners.
Generate revenue through strategic M&A activities by identifying potential M&A targets that have strong strategic synergies with the company's growth plan.
Build procedures (frameworks, question lists, and financial models) to evaluate M&A targets.
Review and collaborate with internal managers (Legal, Finance, Sales, R&D, Technology, etc.) to analyze key materials from M&A targets (commercial, financial, and legal).
Prepare definitive agreements with M&A targets and prepare merger plans for operations (assets, personnel, and systems) after M&A.
Complete strategic expansion initiatives and successfully launch new business lines to achieve the expected business results.
Optimize business performance measurement and reporting systems to manage the daily operations of business locations or business lines.
Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders from different departments to review the performance of business locations or business lines and propose improvement solutions.
Follow up on the execution process and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the expected results for the project.
Manage daily operations with the back-office management team (Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR) to oversee daily business operations.
Resolve issues that arise during business operations and streamline processes for greater efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Previous experience as a
Project Manager or Assistant to C-level executives, in consulting/advisory firms, or at medium-sized companies (annual revenue of approximately USD 1-10M, with a staff size of around 80-200 employees).
A background in business, sales, project management, or strategy, including key business projects with significant business results.
Regular interaction with business operations and investment to develop a business operations mindset and problem-solving flexibility.
