Key Responsibilities:
Hansoll Textile Co., Ltd. is a global apparel manufacturing company working with well-known international brands such as PINK, Victoria's Secret, Carter's, UNIQLO, and Walmart.
Product Development
Coordinate closely with the sample room to monitor sample development progress and ensure timely completion.
Place orders for sample fabrics with mills and follow up on fabric readiness and delivery timelines.
Arrange development trims and accessories required for sampling.
Track and manage development timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved.
Prepare and send development packages and samples to buyers.
Update sample dispatch information and shipment details on internal systems or buyer platforms.
Production Management
Oversee and manage the overall production cycle from order confirmation to final shipment.
Develop and monitor the Time & Action (T&A) calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing processes, particularly for knit products.
Prepare and maintain delivery status reports for weekly cross-functional production meetings.
Coordinate product testing with third-party quality assurance laboratories and work with factories and mills to resolve any quality or testing issues promptly.
Support seasonal mill allocation planning and production capacity management.
Manage and update product costing sheets to ensure cost accuracy and transparency.
Provide visibility on key timelines such as buy dates, pre-production lead time, and shipment schedules.
Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams including buyers, product development, technical design, and global suppliers to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Ensure smooth communication between buyers, factories, and internal teams to achieve on-time delivery and quality standards.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Lunch Break: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Work Location: GLOBAL HANSOLL Company - The Vista Somerset, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
